Leg day in Key2Fitness, Ringsted Denmark. Klaus doing front squats, going to 90 degrees. Starting with several warm up sets, then10 reps with 140kg, 6 reps with 160kg and as you can see 3 reps with 180kg. Klaus is working his way back after injury, still strugling with lower back pain. The ischias nerve is a real pain in the A$$.
