    What is the best powder to use over foundation? I sometimes have used the white translucent powder from MAC and used it under my eyes to set concealer but then had garish white streaks under my eyes in photos from the reflection off it :(

    Sounds like you are applying too much? you really need a small amount and to blend it a lot. especially if you are using prep and prime powder from MAC
