@MrGeewiz1 All the cap does is make you look like an Indian Gavial. If you use it in Chyornyj Prud, the IG's there get pissed and attack you for some reason. When it water, enemies who see you may mistake you for an IG. It works better if you're swimming just under the water's surface with water camo. If you get too move with the cap on while in range of an enemy, they usually figure out you're not an IG and go into Alert mode. So unless you're still or move slow, it's junk.
