rvo...I checked the records at the Storm Prediction Center...there were no tornado reports this particular day in the Chicago area. However there was a recorded wind gust of 72 MPH at 147th & Cicero in Midlothian...that would've been about 6:15 PM. There were also severe wind gusts reported in the downtown area of the city one which was 60 MPH. I remember watching this storm move from extreme NW Illinois down through the area..

Hey cool video, but the date was October 18th, twas my Bday and we were leaving Orland to go to Homer Glen. Awesome storm and awesome Bday :)
