  • I'm thinking about starting tai chi because of multiple reason's. I recently suffored a breakdown and i'm told it can help relax the mind from stress and anxiety. I would also like to develope my weapon's handling technique and also keep my body fit. Is Tai Chi the suitable method to help with all of these? Any advise is very much appreciated please?
