@andisblue i agree, the kid would have an amazing amount of willpower to do that, but if he keeps training and setting his mind to soccer.. itd be great to see how far he could go.

@marccyouu That IS amazing, probably more from a willpower/endurance standpoint than actual skill.

I could honestly probably do anywhere between 500 and a 1,000 juggles, but it just gets so damn boring.

Most i've done is 1150 and it sucks cause I stopped cause I had to go pick up my baby sis from school, wonder how far I would have gone =/ Now I don't feel like trying that anymore, takes too long, I prefer working on tricks.

@andisblue actually there is one kid who i played with when travelling to sydney for our regions professional camp and he was only 11 and training with the gold coast mariners (we were training on the same ground as them) and he was able to juggle for 7 hours straight rather then just counting.. was quite amazing

im 13 and im not very good at juggling, i can keep it up for like 20 but i lose control, any tips?

Everyone's gonna tell you "practice practice practice." That's important, yes, but make sure you're really thinking about how you touch the ball as you're practicing.
-There's a sweet spot on your foot. When you kick the ball on that spot, you'll notice how the ball comes straight back up, and the touch feels really solid. You'll want to lock your ankle into position before you hit the ball - otherwise, the ball won't come off your foot solid.

Also, you know how you lose control and the ball goes away from you? Still try to get to it before it hits the ground. I always termed that "disaster recovery" in my head when I was juggling. Don't juggle stiff legged, or have your feet too close together. Use both feet (it will feel retrarded at first). One phrase I kept repeating in this video (you can't hear it of course) is "low, and in front of you" . Keep the ball low (knee height) and center. Lemme know how it goes :)
