@joker666954 There is no casino.I think that user meant the Malibu Club in Washington Beach.It's
$120,000.Then you have buy the Cherry Popper Ice Cream Factory,Sunshine Autos car showroom and the Print Works.To get the missions,"Cap the Collector" and "Keep Your Friends Close..." you should probably get calls from Ken Rosenburg and Lance after completing those assets to get those two missions.The other properties are optional.
