  • a woman in a hard hat? that should be just for porn

  • I had no idea these things were so noisy. This method of solar power seems to be one of the best options for large utility scale plants. However, noise right in the middle of the site may be loud, but many factories and plants are. I am more interested in, how far away from the site do you have to be before you can't hear it any more?? That seems to be the more important question.

  • Hard to call something that generates this much noise pollution, green energy.

  • @timaustin2000 oh hell yeah.. stirlings are noisy as CRAP!!!..but im working on a design that you can barely here run, and will trump the power output of these...sorry tessera ;)

  • I didn't realise that these things were so noisy.
