It's Fukai Mori by Do As Infinity, used as InuYasha's second ending.

Still super noob-ish playing, but I'm working on it:) Hopefully I'd be able to record a better version in the future. Meanwhile, this is the best I can do.

BTW, apologies for the poorer quality of this video. Drained the battery of the better video cam trying to get a usable recording of my playing, lol:D

Wow, you got me playing this video back to back. That's some great piano playing man. I seen others playing it before, they messed up, you, played like a professional.
