You have to download this program called fraps and put it onto your usb drive. Then start the program and put it into your wii. Then it records whatever is on the wii.

Buy a capture card and install some capture software on your computer, then plug in the USB end to your computer and plug in the console's output cables (red, yellow, white) into the capture card.
