This book and this whole "woo woo" touchy feel goodie good good attempt at helping is a disgrace!!! The concepts & excercises r impotent & lack any "proven" anything to help anyone!!! The only redemption is not buying this crap or getting a full refund. Big love to everyone; just calling it like I see it.

I'd love to see a study on how many people that read this book have any more success than they had prior to reading it. What was your dream? Helping people? Probably not. People like you only produce this kind of content to benefit themselves, and make themselves feel accomplished.
