That's my kinda cookin Gary! Looks yummy! I wish my husband liked cinamon, I can't deal with cooking with apples without cinamon!

Weird. I was thinking about this recipe in my mind yesterday. So weird.

Looks quite nummy! Think I'm going to do something similar, but I have peaches... and some vanilla ice cream to serve with it. OMG yummy! :D Thanks for sharing!

i love how you say sugar.
little story: once tried making syrup for my pancakes because we were out. i had seen my mom make it before by using a sugar, water and a tad of butter. yeah, i tried and failed miserably. i left the sugar on the heat so long, i stuck the spoon on the pan forever. never was able to remove it. we had to throw away the entire thing. in my defense, i was 12-ish. i would try this but i'm afraid the same thing would happen LOL.

It looks delicious Gary!! I'm going to try it today.....one question: when you put it in the oven did you broil it or bake it (350 degrees) and for how long? GREAT RECIPE!
Make your first one with the pasta and always enjoy eating that one too!
