Full Chest Workout for Button Popping Pecs

This was my full chest workout for today. I focused mainly on keeping the target muscle under tension for a longer period of time for optimal growth. This workout consists of 4 different chest exercises, each performed in sets of 4 for 8-12 repetitions each. I recommend no less than 40 seconds rest in between sets and no more than 60 seconds.

Full Chest Workout for Mass
Bench press 4 x 8-12
Incline Bench Press 4 x 8-12
Advanced Cable Crossover 4 x 8-12
Medicine Ball Push ups 4 x till failure
