In May, 2002, at a Tilley Foundation shareholders meeting, Carl claimed to have received a phone call the day before from GE offering $2 billion dollars, "sight unseen" for the technology.
(1) GE says no such offer was ever given. Their legal department is considering the appropriate response to the bogus claim. (2) Would GE buy anything 'sight unseen'?

This guy is a con man!
His shareholders took him to court and he had to prove his invention was real to 6 mechanical engineers.
Needless to say, HE WENT TO JAIL! LOL
