In May, 2002, at a Tilley Foundation shareholders meeting, Carl claimed to have received a phone call the day before from GE offering $2 billion dollars, "sight unseen" for the technology.

(1) GE says no such offer was ever given. Their legal department is considering the appropriate response to the bogus claim. (2) Would GE buy anything 'sight unseen'?

  • GE is pure evil regardless of Tileys claims.

  • Wow, just google his name! I keep finding more and more! He was caught in so many lies!

People like him are the reason when something real is invented, no one believes it.

  • This guy is a con man!

His shareholders took him to court and he had to prove his invention was real to 6 mechanical engineers.

Needless to say, HE WENT TO JAIL! LOL

  • Look at the way this guy carries himself, his hand movements, the inflection in his voice...definitely lying through his teeth

  • he said general electric not GM (government motors)
