Why don't you get Dragon shut down. Then see how well the economy of Thomaston/Rockland survives on your property taxes and tourism industry. Without the tax revenue from them, you won't be able to afford to live there anymore.

No one here is trying to shut Dragon down. No one, including us, wants anyone at Dragon to lose their job. Even supposing that Dragon were to shut down, there are enough local businesses here who contribute significant tax revenues for everyone to continue to live without property tax increases. And, just how do you know what I can and cannot afford anyway? That's really none of your business.

Finally, someone with a brain sees there really is a problem that IS serious. One of the problems with mentallity here in Thomaston is that for many of the "native" populus, they are too afraid to try and "change" things that really need to be changed. 

Fact of the matter is that change happens, that's life, everything just can't stay the same all the time. It's not possible, it's not practical, and in this case particularly, NOT LOGICAL.

you have no idea how bad the EPA is up dragons ass, the EPA dosent hide, the EPA fucks the employees out of doing their job efficiently, and no there isnt and mercury coming out of that stack moron or lead, and no that dust is not cancer causing if it was we would know, it has been tested and guess what....no cancerous material, and thoes doors you talk about have to be open.....do you even have the slightest clue as to why any of the stuff at dragon happens? no, you dont cause your a dumbass

Both of my parents died of lung related diseases after living in the area for 20+ years. I can remember waking up in the morning and seeing 1/4 inch of dust on the cars. Hmm we were breathing it.....

FYI, the blasting from the quarry shakes our home like that of a earthquake and has caused it to sink at a fast rate, among other problems, like windows cracked from "air-blast". Then, yes, I am complaining of PI because my wife has lost consciousness from fumes generated by Dragon, and my children BOTH have and had skin rashes from the caustic dust. Cement dust causes burns and more. Read before you type and you might not sound so stupid. You didn't graduate High School did you?

I'm not privy to Hollywood, or famous people, and in fact I barely know any names of movie stars, TV stars, etc., mainly because they don't influence my life, nor are a part of it, don't increase the quality of it, and I really don't find acting to be an interesting or worthy lifestyle.
