Glenn you r the man! you already have like 235 in you with just getting back into heavy training! you will hit 275 in no time man! Also the curls you kick ass! I can barely get 165 the way you got 150 1/2, thats really beastly for almost 61, DAMN!
btw, what are you going for next on the bench?

@PowerlifterTy16 Thanx so much for your kind words Ty : )) It was a big banner day for me--everything just gelled--roughly 3 months of heavier work & the juice I got from having my brothers come over to my basement these last two sessions--well-- it all kicked in! **I'll try the 235 you just mentioned--deal!!

@fastandrea nice going man! It all depends how you felt today. Did anything feel weak on the bench, like shoulders and triceps, if so, fresh you might have 240 in you! But I'd just play it safe and go for 235.
Just remember, failure doesn't bring succession, succession brings succession! Keep doing sets without going to failure and your muscles will feel incredibly strong and you will pump that 275 in no time man! matter of a few months!

@PowerlifterTy16 yeah it is coming along good now because of the quality of my workouts as opposed to a lot of workouts--I've actually had a lot of rest between sessions--just workin the optimum weight & rep zone when I do---and much to my great surprise --I'm gettin stronger than I've felt in years!! **I may get back to my old style of workin to the edge when I establish a real good foundation---keep playing it by ear : )

@fastandrea will do man! I wanna see you hit that 275! and DON'T stop there! that is so close to 300, you gotta hit it man! I hope you keep feeling good and conquer 275 quickly and then nail 300! you never know Glenn, keep pushing!
