Spoken:
The Boston Tea Party of 1773 was very important to the Colonists, especially me! So listen here, I have a story to tell, all about tea and I hope it goes swell!
Rapped:
It started with the taxes on our tea
The king was unfair to you and me
We had no say in Parliament
Our emotions were wack and beginning to crack
We dressed up as indians in the dark
And headed for the bay with a big loud bark
We jumped aboard the British ship
Pushed the tea and made it flip
The Lord North was stunned with he news
So he needed to talk with his crews
They didn't get it
He sold 'em cheap tea
And what did they do, they threw it in the sea
The British were mad that we rebelled
So they took more of our say
And closed all our bays
King George agreed, they gone too far
If we don't control 'em, they'll mess up who we are
So they decided to pass the Intolerable Acts
Hoping this would save their backs
This is where we have to stop
If we don't your brains will pop
We're glad you got to learn today
About the Boston tea Party
Hip, hip, hooray
This has been Talzo and Halfo coming to you love on the gooooo
