Normal reflections:

A bit darker:

Just rename file to particle.txd and copy this to models folder in your gta 3 directory. Don't forget to copy original particle.txd!

@joedajoester I just powered off HUD by a little program named gta III hud - for more info just search google - I don't remember where I have found it :)

this is wired it has 1 feature of the gta 3 BETA cos all the cars have the same wheels
