  • Was at this concert. Filmed in Atlanta, Ga. Device Voice Drum is the name of the DVD. It was Steve's 50th birthday, not bad for a bunch of old men, (I'm 49) This is the most talented group of musicians together........ever !

I would put these guys up against ANY band past or present and they would make the others look like beginners ! Phil Ehart is the most underated drummer in rock and the same for Steve as a singer and keyboardist !

    Long live the Wheatheads !

  • I agree ! Phil & Steve are very underated. Phil is my all time favorite drummer.

  • Robbie is my favorite violinst of all time

  • Still sounding great after all those years....I love Belexes

  • @AmericanFireBrand Umm..okay?

  • God's Hand (The God of Israel, the God of the Bible,The Most High God,The One True God,The Prince of Peace-Yeshua) has always been on Kansas. HE has used their music, even when written before belief as tools to draw searchers towards HIS truth and Love. Yeshua is Lord!

  • Greatest band ever, hands down. It's a shame that as far as non-fans are concerned, they only ever did Carry On Wayward Son, Dust in the Wind, and Point of Know Return. This is my favorite recording of Belexes. I especially love the intro and the way they incorporated The Lightning's Hand. These guys can still rock out after being around for thirty-some-odd years.

  • Kansas...a force of nature ....given gifts by the one true G-d! YHWH!

  • Its cool the way they incorporated excerpts of "Lightning's Hand' into this song.

  • I thought Walshes voice was pretty good in this video. I've heard it far worse in recent years.

  • The 70's birthed so many great art rock bands - Kansas was one of the few non-British acts as well as Rush (canadian). I always thought the Hammond organ always did well in the heavier genres of rock - That thing Walsh has sound great even though it obviously is not a 500 Lb. organ - What is it anyway? His voice is gone - that's for sure. Listen to like Masque - He had the most cutting voice in rock and roll back in the day. Clean, piercing, pure, and just right on, man.

  • No bigger Rush fan than me. :) And Kansas is 2nd on my list of favs: they aren't comparable bands.
