UPEI - Dalton Hall

May 31st, 2008. The PEIGHS held an investigation of the Dalton Hall, the second oldest building on Campus. Built in 1917 and opened in 1919, it is said to hold a few spirits....after a young man froze to death outside the doors of what used to be the residence of the UPEI students. It is now used as office space.
