The only way you can add folders to your website is by switching your account to HTML only mode. You can switch your account to HTML only mode by clicking on the "Settings" tab while viewing the dashboard.
Once you switch to HTML only mode you will NOT be able to use our drag and drop editor so you must have some basic HTML only skills.

I've been trying to get in touch with anybody from your website so that they can help me with adding folders to my website. My card has been charged but no one answers the phone anymore. I have called several times and at many different times and I never talk to anyone. It was my understanding that someone would be available to help me when I needed it. What do I pay for?
