Well... you dont even need skates to train it. You can train it in home - just catch something and try to do that shit... I guess it shouldnt take long to work it out... However, if youre having trouble with your feet - everyday excercises (5-10mins) would help a lot
I guess you should (I do)... I have no idea if its possible another way... But if you can do this without bending them and you feel comfortable with then you should do it your way. Everyone has his own style, really...
And... yeah... its hard to do that without any training before ;D
How do I retard my feet like that?
One of the guys we skate with can do it.. but I can't turn my feet like that without being thrown against a wall.
What can I do to make it so my legs can move into that position in the future.
