@johnseeley Look @0:26, as soon as he enters the cross. A person (although small) can be seen walking at normal speed. No slowmo here.

It's slow motion. The straps don't waver that slow at normal speed....especially for a small gymnast. Plus, if it was normal speed, when powering down from the invert to cross, his center of gravity would be more in between the rings...passing through a maltese position..but it's not.

that's Leon Štukelj he died november 8 1999 he was 101 years old, the inventor of the inverted cross lol :-D
