the law maker of 498a is non sense
he made this law for clever womens who wants to decieve their husbands
this law does not help those womens who really suffered by their husbands
she and her father selected a bad guy and made a agreement of giving dowry that's the reason she suffers in her life

why father of girl chosing a person who wants dowry and why he insists him to marry her doughter taking huge dowry
they both making an agreement of dowry in the marraige infront of all their relatives if it is crime
basically in the marraiges why this non sense law intefering after many years of marriage of small dispute and ruined the families
this non sesible law making joke of the society and the families who never cares dowry at all and wants to live peacefully in their life
