STAR WARS: Original NES Game Walkthrough (1 of 6)

Here's a quick walkthrough of Star Wars for the NES. This part is from the Title Screen to the Hangar Bay Area. A lot of people hate this game, so I figured it'd be interesting to see it all the way through. Full props to my roommate for the actual gameplay. Enjoy!

the secret passage way is visible on the left wall at about 3:00 on this video

also, to get enough shields for the m. falcon, you can explore the caves and pick up shields. you can only get up to 8. i usually just get 6, cause you can get two more in mos eisley and the hangar....

did you know in the cave where you find Obi Wan there is a a secret passage to get extra lives? you can get two extra lives which are guarded by a creature. it is around the third level of steps as you go down. if you look at this certain spot to the left on the wall of the cave, there is a discoloration because that is where the passageway is. you can run and jump into it and get the extra lives. you can also keep going back in the cave to get up to about 8 extra lives.

The wall has little up arrows that fling you up just by touching it. You can also get good air by using the conveyor belts
