Do you think I'm stupid? I have own a Eee PC before on CPU-z,
Sepectfcation Intel(R) Celeron M processor 900MHz
They say that for Celeron M virson of Eee PC is only 900Mhz and downclocked to 630MHz.
Its shown 900GHz on your video, so don't lie

I doubt tin foil would dampen the heat enough. Better thermal paste however would probably help

it can tend to get warm if you overclock it because it is putting more strain on the processor.
I would only over clock it when you need the horse power and then once you are done doing what ever needs that power
