PG 1/60 00 Raiser - 04 - 00 Gundam Assembly

Whoo hoo! Time to put 00 Gundam together!

I had a lot of trouble putting on the left arm so I edited out the part where I struggled with it. .^^;; The polycaps for the shoulders are really tight.

00 Gundam is quite heavy. I had a hard time holding it up in front of the camera because my arm was getting tired. It probably weighs at least a couple pounds. I can only imagine how much heavier it will be after O Raiser is docked...

Trying out some quick poses, I've found the locking mechanism to be a bit of a hassle just because it takes that much longer to get the limbs into the position you want. It was difficult for me to just get it to stand properly. It could just be me but balance seems to still be an issue. That said, I think it's best to use the display base, which I will quickly build before O Raiser.

Anyway, there you have it. 00 Gundam! I'm going to have to redo a few of the panel lines because they've rubbed off a bit, hehe.

this kit gets a lot of critism... for being over-priced. And not that great...

hence, over-priced.

eh, It looks beautiful if you ask me. I'd dish out extra cash for this thing; really, I would. I'd also do the same for the next PG. 00 and S.Freedom are my favorites, I'd say. I have a lot of favorites... But those are the ones that come to mind xP

@arnoldhwang I saw it at a Anime convention for 200 bucks i believe. i bought my master grade unicorn gundam for 95 when i saw it online for 100 someting.
