@JTron83 yeah i know, they reformed the law last minute, also the canabis culture link was the wrong one, my bad. If they wouldn't have reformed the law june or something they would have abolished the law altogether but they just barely made the deadline :(

@trybal007 it is actually illegal in the Netherlands, BUT the police tolerate it, meaning its okay to smoke inside the coffee shops or your home, but you can't just go outside and toke up you can get charged for that.

If police can still take it away from you than... its most likely still illegal. I don't think we'll ever see the day when you can just go to a store and just buy 2-3 of grams of kush for 30 dollars. On the bright side, weed is everywhere where I live at, I can get it from anywhere I want, it really doesn't make a difference, legalization would help though, some people just don't give you the right amount which is a piss off.

Actually as of may 16 2011 weed possession is now legal in ontario, you cannot be charged for possession. It is still illegal to purchase it but as long as your not caught in the act you are good to go. For more info google "is weed legal in ontario 2011" and click the cannabis culture link.

@RoscoPicotron lol nice i live in toronto and i smoke weed all the time, i dont think the cops really care if you smoke weed here but the dealers can get in shit.
