A rather inglorious look at how I spend much of my time at home in my basement.
Not the most exciting video in the world but I thought I would post this just the same.
Videos like this are useful in that they reveal little quirks in our mechanics while throwing darts. For example, in this video, I notice a slight head movement and what appears to be a tendency to "short stroke" much of the time rather than to fully extend my throwing arm at the end of the stroke. Much of this can be corrected by restoring upper body flexibility and by throwing 1 or 2 pound weights in my backyard.
Eventually I hope to put together a proper video setup at my oche in order to allow for better analysis of these quirks so I can keep on top of them and correct them.
watch your follow through... sometimes you follow through straight, but others you twist your wrist to the left

I have that same shirt. And play darts at my pub in the summer with it or others like it, (very comfortable.)

What you also need to do with these kinds of vids is say what score you get and how close you were to the target. When I've done it I'll say "180" or "45, 2nd dart was the 5 but it was very close to the treble 20". Then when analysing it you can see why it hit the 5 (e.g. head movement, bad follow through etc).

I fully agree with your own comment on this one. Very good, solid stance; "short stroke" appearing aspecially after the third throw, and IMO your backward move seems to be too fast - you could try to slow it down and control it a bit more. Good video!
