This school produced olympic medallist like Li Xiaoshuang (Gold Barcelona, Atlanta) Zheng Lihui, (Gold Sydney) and Yang Wei (Gold Sydney team) one of the biggest Chinese hopes in the Beijing games. The kids, age 3-9 years, practice 3 hour a day, except Sundays

@captrockhp dont underestimate gymnasts, the biggest lesson ive learned is do NOT assume your coach has shown you everything. If you can do "some of there stuff" then post a video of it, if you can kick their asses then why exactly have i not seen you in the olympics? oh right, you cant do shit :)

@lexarquette ahahaha fuck no it isint, anyone who calls gymnastics normal is confused but anyone who calls it abuse is just as well off. Sure i walk home with ripped up hands and soreness beyond reason the next day but then again i know that the next day will end; exactly the same.
