NHOP was just 16 years old???? Unbelievable, wow!

This is one of the tightest trio's to which I've ever listened. And Bud Powell, another genius, a beautiful flower that blossomed and closed well before his time. I'm so glad that I got a chance to see his style in this video clip capturing his performance in Europe.  I just love it, and all I can say is WOW!!!

Happy Birthday Bud! This was from 1962 - he had the electric shock treatments in the early 50s/
