Pretty sure the fiddle player is Chubby Wise. My dad had several of his records and I think this is him. Great to hear it again.

I have heard this song many times and many ways of timing and have played it on my own shows and dances but this has got to be one of the most sweet sounding versions I have ever heard. Thanks you for sharing it.
