His name is Thomas Caplin and was the conductor for Den norske Studentersangforening in Norway. He left in 2008.

This fellow is conducting (as we say in NYC) like he's "double parked." In other words, like he's in a great deal of hurry. He does not allow the subtle grace of the line to be fully displayed. In my opinion.
But, it's still great to hear. Thanks.
