tG² - part 7.1 - Project Explorer (v1.06.01.23) - drag & drop files

Thanks to package "treectrl" for providing the foundation of Project Explorer. More info on treectrl package: http://tktreectrl.sourceforge.net/

Dragging is already implemented inside in the treectrl2.2.9 implementation. This demo is to show that with a simple modification of treectrl package script, it is possible to immitate dragging of objects from a treectrl widget and drop these OUTSIDE of the treectrl widget into any other widget within the same toplevel or any other child toplevel.
