i remember one day when i was 36 i suddenly lost the ability to sleep deeply & i havent slept deeply since

i dont disagree that dan's age is causing him to constantly get injured so that he will always be injured for fights now

i myself had never had a knee injury until this year

after the age of 36 the biochemicals change in the body so that ligaments become weaker

trt doesnt restore ligament strength to previous strength but maybe human growth hormone would

He's 42, and that's way past the age when most world class fighters are forced out.

hendo didnt lose due to a bad style matchup

he lost due to injury. look at his knee on one leg & his ankle on the other. taped up due to injury

& he barely lost the fight despite those injuries

machida stole the 1st round with a late takedown which lasted a few seconds, won the 2nd round due to strikes but lost the 3rd due to hendo being on top

despite the injuries it was a razor thin fight

without those injuries hendo would have been more mobile and stayed close and ko'd machida
