Did you look stronger and bulkier after the exercise program? Because i want to lose fat and wanna earn alot of upper body muscle mass, but idk if this is great for it? :P thanks for the vids bro!

Not trying to tend to your business but on your swim you should probably try the combat side stroke or freestyle. Much more effective.

In your videos of part 1 and 2 you are not doing pull ups.
This video shows you doing chin-ups instead which I feel are easier.
