well, this is one of those, 'epic fails' that the kids talk about. Just laying one song on top of another does not make a mash up.

@discreditor Or maybe you're just a silly old twat who doesn't know what a mashup is?
"A mashup [...] is a song or composition created by blending two or more pre-recorded songs" -Wikipedia

@SeraphSnake hmm i understand the concept but you clearly don't. Take a look at 'Kock out Eileen' or 'Sgt Peppers Paradise City' for ideas. there are loads of other good ones out there. No need to thank me.

@discreditor You really are a silly old twat. Those songs follow the exact same concept as this one, the only difference is that they've blended the vocal track of one song with the instrumental track of another. That doesn't mean that this isn't a mashup, it just means that it could have been better if I were able to find the vocal track for "Cooking by the Book". Your arguments are non sequitur.

@SeraphSnake well i avoided being offensive to you on the grounds that you claim to be young (and stupid). I may be 46 but i don't look as old as you do assuming that that is your picture that befouls the screen everytime you reply. Now your pathetic mashup, by your own words 'they've blended the vocal track', ie done something you've done nothing! I can do that. Don't reply i've said my piece you've had enough of my time.

@discreditor lol, you're such a stupid fuck (or a very clever troll). Did you even read my comments? I would have used the vocal track of "Cooking by the Book" if I could find it! This has nothing to do with effort nor skill. The songs you referred to earlier are equally easy to acheive as this one, the quality of the outcome has merely to do with the material available. What about that don't you get? I don't mind that you don't like this mashup, I'm just confused as to what you're getting at.
