  • The "kung fu guy" is Nelson Chin and lives in San Francisco according to the youtube account that originally posted the video. I don't think this guy is a troll since he's posted about a dozen videos saying TKF is better than MMA, especially BJJ. They're really funny!

  • @josh808m Thanks for the info.

  • if kung fu actually worked in a fight then some fighters in UFC would actually learn it and talk about it, but we dont see it at all...muay thai, boxing, judo, jui jitsu, sambo, we do see, because they do work, even some forms of karate work...

but kung fu has too many holes in it, no?

  • And now you know the Kung-Fu Master's secret...the secret...of "Troll-Fu!" Da-da-duuuum!!

  • Joe Rogan pissed off Elmer Fudd! Baby Waskalwee Warrbit Technique!

  • @TheUFCnetwork I have no doubt about that. We were discussing is if effective sport fighting means effective self defense. Personally, from the black belt competitors I've known over the years whether it's point fighting, MMA, or wrestling the answer is no. Because they all forget that their opponent doesn't care about rules or etiquette.

  • @YINGGONG Almost every MMA fighter takes traditional martial arts whether it be Karate, Tae Kwon Do, capoeira, Judo or Jiu-Jitsu.

  • @TheUFCnetwork MMA is not "REAL" fighting because its controlled. There rules in place governing where you can hit, how you can hit, a chance to rest and rethink your strategy, and finally you can win without actually hurting or stopping them. (e.g. out pointing an opponent) I'm not saying they aren't martial artist and can't fight in a real life threatening situation. The likes of Aldo, Barbosa, and Machida are truly skilled individuals.

  • @YINGGONG How is MMA not fighting? It's 2 guys in a cage free to use their own style of fighting.

  • @sukotsutoclone No doubt they are good athletes.

  • @zachh765 I agree with you. Too many people think the ability to score points equates to being able to defend yourself in a life threatening situation. I have been attacked by multiple opponents and what I learned from traditional martial arts (chinese, korean, or japanese) saved me. If I practiced a sport I think i would have been hurt badly.

  • @YINGGONG I don't know any martial artists that get beat up in a bar... lol

seriously... ppl who think cage fighters aren't real fighters are just showing their cards that they've never trained in their life

  • @urbandaniel100 lol... eye gouging... seriously. Sounds like an excuse someone who can't punch/kick would use. ( Yeah you might kick my ass everytime but outside this cage I'd kick your balls and gouge your eyes) LoL
