@laur1969 hi , thanx for the info , im customizing my fluxbox now , i cant get full transparency with xcomp , but i'm getting to it , i installed wbar , but there's a black windows on it, but i think with full transparency will be ok
the file manager im using its thunar
but i got another question
u use in the video some thing like the cube on compiz , how did you do that??

1.It's a gkrellm plugin called gkrellfire but unfortunately it isn't developed anymore,you can't find it.
2.Yes it was xcompmgr and transset-df,now i find better cairo-compmgr.
3.It's wbar dock.
4.I think it was pcmanfm.

I can do the same with compiz... plus wobbly windows...

@marek007able Unfortunately compiz doesn't work on Fluxbox window manager.
