@kristerford I disagree with you wholeheartedly. Ancient Rome was far more beautiful and magnificent then it is today relatively. I doubt Rome will ever reach a higher state of architectural and infrastructural grandeur relative to how it was in ancient times. And this is probably because Rome is no longer the capital of the Roman Empire, but merely the capital of Italy...
