Mr. Cooper, how could you possibly not know (or mention as part of this crucial report), that the EPA said "STOP USING DISPERSANTS BP!!!" and to that DEMAND FROM THE US GOVERNMENT, BP said, "We'll do what WE want!" How could you leave that out? Criminal, sir.

this info has been in the alternative media from the beginning. Corexit is highly toxic which was not cited properly in this segment. The EPA did mandate they stop using it ...BP did not comply. Also there are valid reports coming out of the Gulf that they are spraying the dispersents in the inland wetland areas and in many cases on people's houses etc. those that use mainstream media may see this segment as surprising, but I find it mild compared to what the alt. media is reporting.
