Can someone tell me what's wrong with the Slasher in BN5? It really does nothing

Slasher only works if an opponent is standing on your side of the field, in which case, it functions as WideSword.

Enemies that actually step into your area aren't really common. Ninjoy-series viruses and ProtoMan are the only things in BN5 that I can think of that fall into that category.

No, NeoVariable doesn't exist in that game. There's still normal VariableSword, though.

I only need to master the sonicwave attack on my varisword and that's it! It's really hard to master the neovari though.... I only no the cross slash attack...

Slasher tracks the enemy in your area and slashes it/them.

@kayorei. Doesn't the slasher's wide-widesword effect skip a panel, similar to stepsword, but only one extra square and you don't jump? At least that's what I remember from mmbn3 white... I think. Either way, I found this video very useful (couldn't figure out lifesword or element) so I give my thanks! ^-^"
