0:49 to 0:52, Alex saw what the keyboardist did in one of the camera monitors and he almost looses it. And 1:39 to 1:44 is hilarious....like "TA-DA! GUESS WHAT? I'M NOT ACTUALLY PLAYING IT!"

Just spent an hour with Jody Stephens, who came to my son's school to speak to the class. One of the most humble, down-to-earth people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I asked him why Alex sounded so different here than with Big Star - he said Alex had a bad cold when this was recorded...

The drummer is obviously a zen master. He's almost pointing to the various components of his kit, as opposed to hitting them.

For those of you who don't know Big Star, check it out. It is the band Alex Chilton (the singer) formed after the break up of Box Tops.
Though unknown to many people, Big Star is one of the best pop bands of all time. To discover them is like discovering the Beatles for the first time. It's unbelievable!

This song is fucking awesome.....what a vocalist. Never seen the any pictures or videos of The Box Tops before - did not expect them to look like that!!!!
