  • what did you use to record your desktop? cuz "recordmydesktotop" lags the final result =S

  • I used gtkrecordmydesktop nothing else but just to be sure u need to have medibuntu repositories enabled also universe and multimerse. also u might want to add the "sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras".. presuming it's not a video hardware issue you are experiencing should work smooth.

  • download wine and get the cs 1.6 form google :D

  • i cant play online

  • google ftw retard

  • just use CEDEGA, that works a lot better.

  • Man I had XGL and Edgy Eft running wine and cs 1.6 perfectly about a year ago. It had a full 99fps all the time. I can't get it to run on hardy heron at all. The game starts then freezes. I am on a 7900GT now with full acceleration but I just can't get it to work. No idea what's going on. *sniff* *sniff*

  • noob you need the wine emulator to start windows applications

  • you need to get wine. i used it but its so choppy. CS does not run well on linux from my experience it seems very choppy.
