hi! Mr. Park...i'm 50 yr old and i love cycling ...May I request a program that can suit my performance as executive cyclist pls.? A program needs no weight at all. awesome videos thank you, you can also try: 1-arm dumbbell Snatch immediately followed by squat jumps, Incline chest press then medicine ball chest pass, barbell bent over rows then alternating 1arm high pulls with bands.
