Meditation does not have to be done when u are sitting cross legged i partial meditate when im playing basketball when im playing computer games. Meditation is just placing your focus from the outter world to the inner world, and the more focus u put in your inner world the more deeply your meditating.

I think in meditation it is much more useful to contemplate the dhamma than to reach "nothingness". Nibbana can be only reached with intellect and the destruction of delusion and thereby the fetters. With knowledge and awareness comes understanding, from which comes acceptance from which comes love. Only understanding and acceptance can lead to arahantship. Reaching nothingness and meditation on nothing has a BIG DIFFERENCE. be warned.

i do agree with the "quantum space"description,but people not scientifically inclined,might have difficulty with that description.,any ways,have a good weekend.

through continual meditation & study,then we realize "emptiness"exists everywhere.There are no"mean"people,no "stupid"people,no "arrogant people." If someone yells at you,you don't yell back anymore,you realize "karma"was forced onto them from their own side. When they yell,they are suffering,You begin to understand the "inherent emptiness," of them,that without their "suffering,"without their "anger" they would be "empty" (no mental obstructions,calm,et.cetera.)
