  • u have some good flexbility but u need 2 work on ur balance,and 1 good pointer id give u would be 2 learn how 2 do a handstand becuase its amazing the amount of positions u can do from a handstand,also be prepared 2 PRACTICE ALOT if ya wanna learn a proper handbalance

  • I can hold handstand for a long time as long as I'm allowed to walk in it, meaning I can stay in handstand while moving around back and forth. However, you are right about my balance. I can't hold a handstand in one spot at all. Still working on it.

  • first of all congrats for your flexibility and I have a question, how can I put my leg like you in the minute 1:56?-how can I put my leg behind my head? what exercises can I do to make that? Thanks and sory for my english Im not very good at this lenguage but Im learning it Thank you again!!!!

  • thats so disgusting!! and yet so increrdible...

  • you might roll out of it a few times at first, but with practise you should be able to hold it. once you can hold a chest stand for a while, try to raise your chin off the ground to breath properly. you can then swing your arms to the side and back, or reach forward to grab your ankles. I hope this makes sense, but i still strongly recomend watching someone and having them coach you first. keep practising!

  • You seem to have a lot of flexibility, but you still need some work ( don't we all? ) Have you ever tried to do a chest stand? one of these days I will get around to finaly uploading a video of me doing one, so then maybe you can try it. My only concern is with that last pose. It is a version of The Plow, and puts an enourmouse amount of stress on your upper vertebrae, so you really shouldn't do it too often, if at all. other than that it was great!
