Bukhara (Uzbek: Buxoro / Бухоро; Russian: Бухара), from the Soghdian βuxārak ("lucky place"), is the capital of the Bukhara Province of Uzbekistan. The nation's fifth-largest city, it has a population of 263,400 (2009 census estimate). The region around Bukhara has been inhabited for at least five millennia and the city itself has existed for half that time. Located on the Silk Road, the city has long been a center of trade, culture, and religion. The historic center of Bukhara, which contains numerous mosques and madrassas, has been listed by UNESCO as one of the World Heritage Sites.

a few words about Turks.. I have lived in Turkey many years and I can conclude that most of them are perfect people but you are gonna be suprised because they CLAIM THAT IRAQ, BALKANS, even EGYPT belong to them...

I have friends from Bukhara, they are Uzbeks and i have friends who are tadjik. so all of them equal. in present time its under Uzbekistan. nothing you can do. no more comments...

@Olimhon888 in Uzbekistan more than 100 nationalities. am not calling you uzbek, if you are tadjik, keep it for yourself. i uplod this video, just to show people abroud, the historical cities of Uzbekistan, and for those who missed their city.

and another thing abt Ottoman i never said they ruled Bukhara neither Samarkand, all what i meant is Turkish they don't say that they have ruled some arabic countries and they dont claim its their land... Whatever it is Peace out. I dont care who you are
