I respect the guys desire to compete, he's a warrior, but it's just getting embarassibg to see him pummeled by younger guys. Hard to say this but someone needs to talk some sense into JP. He's become an effigy, it's ugly to see his career keep slipping. He's gonna become a joke like Ken Shamrock.

jens dont give up

ive been training muat thai since i was 15 so nearly 10years now and had 14 bouts, not including ameteur and interclub bouts, had around 10 kickboxing bouts when i was alot younger (12-15yrs old), and i have only been training mma for about a year

yea leg kicks hurt like hell, and the more you take th more intense the pain is. i tend to work low kicks for most of the first rund and then once the leg is nice and soft all you have to do is low kick or even feint a low kick and the guard goes to the floor and the head is open for a haymaker. that how i have won all my winning bouts in mt. its a little different im mma as the takedown or even a stumble can cause the fight to be on the ground for the entire round if the other guys jj is good

@MegaTrev23 And are those leg kicks nasty! I'm am practising putting together pounches, knees and kicks. That shit is hard! But my leg kicks are okay´, just need the rest. How many fights have you had?
-
@MegaTrev23 I see. Well thats the beauty of MMA you got your way and I got mine. I like a more boxing wresteling kind of style, I feel I can be much more agressive that way, not having to worry about my kicks getting caught. Not that I never go defensive I do that alot but when I go agressive I like to be sure that I don't get caught with one leg in the air if you know what I mean. And then again my boxing is alot better than my MT. For how long have you been training?

@MrGuruJOe oh and plus i love fighting someone with a boxing type stance because the lega arent in the right position to check kicks lol. and tou can pretty much sweep with a good driving leg kick
-
@MrGuruJOe haha that alphabet thing is quite a good idea. i count at the moment but it just feels like im being out to sleep for an operation lol. no i definately prefer a stance closer to muay thai i can put kicks knees and puches together MUCH more effectively and you can sprawl well from any stance. i dont inted to out wrestle anyone in a fight just have a good takedown defence. my kicks have a hell of alot more power from a slightly higher/narrower stance too.
the video is so much less sad if you turn on the snow flakes
