Reminds me of my first car, a 65 Sprite. Yours is in much better shape then mine was in. Good luck, and please post some progress pictures.

Any updates on the resto???
Cheers :)

Excellent job man, you really need to find the missing parts and paint it, unfortunately I'm still working on my... I really hate my clutch system...
-
Except the paint job is rough !

How much was it for the engine to be overhauled ? Because I got one that I'm looking at that the body looks great but the engine could use sum work !?!
-
What was the fuel pump solution, Ice struggled with mine for years - any recommendations for replacement parts?
-
Any more work done on this yet mate (or still too busy with A-levels??)
regards, john :-)

most of the stuff i got with the car. depends on the condition of the chassis and bodywork etc. this one cost around £80 to get running. a full resto would be around £800 - £1000 considering the welding and full respray.

you are correct. the prevoius owner had a acciedent, and the chassis had to be put on a jig and straighened. then it stood for about 19 years in a garage.
